Guillaume Fiastre

Founder and CEO

Guillaume is the founder and CEO at Taliance Group.

He is a seasoned entrepreneur and he started his first FINtech business in 1999, providing a pioneering forward-looking asset management solution in the real estate market. Guillaume has been working in the finance technology industry since then and has been an active contributor to numerous initiatives aimed at improving the transparency and responsiveness of the alternative investment market through information systems including the FIDJI and OSCRE exchange formats. He also participated in Finance and Innovation working groups, a global business and research cluster dedicated to financial services, launched by the French Government.

In 2002, he co-founded the new Taliance in order to bring an innovative real time consolidated analytics platform to the alternative investment market.

Guillaume is founding member and Vice-President in charge of international relationships of the FIDJI Association, and was a member of OSCRE’s Board of Directors from 2012 to 2016.

Fabienne Alliot

Group Director

Fabienne is a seasoned finance professional and she began her career in a chartered accountancy firm.
She subsequently joined a global group in the food industry to set up their Administrative and Financial Department. After joining Société Générale in 1994, Fabienne became Administrative Manager for the property subsidiaries of the French Network. This position led her to manage the departments in charge of property and security for the network of over (2,200 branches). It was during this period that Fabienne became President of the Taliance Users’ Club which she held for 4 years. This involved improving the software quality and services for the clients’ community in partnership with Taliance.

Fabienne was seduced by the enthusiasm and the professionalism of the team and she decided to join Taliance in 2007 as a Chief Operatiing Officer. She demonstrated in this role extensive management skills and a thorough understanding of the business, which have been extensively put to work to manage Taliance's growth a bliss. She was appointed Corporate Secretary of the company in April 2009. She currently has responsibility for key functions including Administration and Finance, HR, Workplace and Legal.

Bruno Fiastre

Executive vice president

Bruno has a broad-based experience in the strategic use of information systems to improve clients’ business process in the alternative investments industry. He started his career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen where he was involved with investment companies to develop additional revenue generating opportunities (due diligence and data room). 

Bruno then moved to Taliance where his deep knowledge in finance, software and project management were put to work leading a significant number of successful international implementations. Bruno continued in this role until 2008 when he became Client Director with extensive experience in managing successful client relationships and outstanding service delivery.
When Taliance opened its UK office in 2010, Bruno was selected to work as part of the management team to launch this new office and put it on the road to success. Bruno, as Head of Operations, was in charge of ensuring the highest standards of Customer Service to our clients. His role was to manage, both strategically and operationally, the services offered to our international client base.

After 5 years in London, Bruno is now in charge of Global Sales, Marketing and Business Development at our New York Office. His goal there is to develop our products and services to the North American market.

Jonathan Blackwood

Sales Manager (London)

Jonathan is a results driven sales leader with over 16 years of experience of selling electronic trading, portfolio and risk management analytics to the traditional and alternative investment markets. 

On graduating from Newcastle University, he started his career in fund management before joining the European sales team at Bloomberg in 1998 to focus his efforts on driving revenue growth in the European asset management sector. Jonathan seized the opportunity to be part of the pioneering e-trading and order management system revolution that opened the door to the alternatives markets where he has now spent the last 10 years specialising in selling analytical software and operational solutions.
During this period, he worked for PNC’s Fund administration division, Imagine Software and more recently Genscape, allowing him to really understand the different asset classes and how innovative software can generate better returns for alternative firms.

At Taliance, Jonathan is committed to driving new growth within the UK and continental European alternatives space.

Andrew Hawgood

Sales Manager (Paris)

Andrew is a strategic sales leader with 20 years' experience in driving growth within the Financial Services and Technology space.

He has been at the cutting edge of electronic trading since its inception in Europe and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in multi asset class execution and trading algorithms. This atypical profile for the Alternative Asset space allows him to think out of the box and bring a fresh approach to international sales at Taliance.

Andrew began his career at HSBC Paris and has held senior sales roles at Bloomberg, Commerzbank, Credit Agricole, where he was Head of Algorithmic Sales and more recently Bank of New York. 

At Taliance, Andrew is commited to growing revenues across a European client base with his drive, enthusiasm and customer focused consultative sales approach.
