FinExpert becomes an essential tool for CB Richard Ellis Valuation in the appraisal of property portfolios.
As part of its expansion strategy, CB Richard Ellis Valuation chose FinExpert, the valuation software in the Global Actifs range published by Taliance.
CB Richard Ellis Valuation, the world's premier valuation firm, chose the tool to enable its teams to integrate new market constraints into their working methods, particularly factors resulting from the set up of OPCIs. It was clear that FinExpert was the most appropriate tool to meet these objectives.
"The software is compatible with FIDJI reporting standards and can cope with all the principle valuation techniques. Not only is it flexible, it facilitates data transfer between surveyors, clients and other consultants effectively and accurately", said Denis François, chairman of CB Richard Ellis Valuation. "FinExpert will play a key role in the valuation of assets in parallel with calculating tools already in use abroad such as Circle and Argus."
"FinExpert is a solution that was designed to process a large volume of data securely and to provide total transparency of the calculation process. In a market under pressure and getting more financially sophisticated, this way of working is expected by all stakeholders", said Guillaume Fiastre, Chairman of Taliance.
CB Richard Ellis Valuation also chose Taliance because of its capacity to provide long-term support in a property market that is getting increasingly complex and where financial returns are a central issue. The changing approach to real estate has made it critical for players to choose the most innovative information system backed by a trustworthy support service.
