KEY TASKS
The UK team at Taliance is looking to expand and is actively seeking implementation consultants for its London based operation. The successful candidates will be expected to provide consulting and support services to our clients throughout Europe. The main activities undertaken will be:
• The implementation of our industry leading Asset Management solution FinAsset including on-site consulting around asset management modelling methodology and assisting our clients in securing high quality data feeds to the solution. These data feeds will probably come from industry standard property systems, in-house data warehouses and in some cases MS Excel spreadsheet imports.
• Developing reporting from our embedded report writer for our clients and maintaining a high quality relationship with the client’s asset management team assisting them in developing their reporting strategy.
ASSOCIATED TASKS
• The completion of consulting and integration planning with the clients to ensure budgets and timescales both internal and external are managed and achieved• Maintenance of company implementation methodologies and working with the client to ensure these are appropriately actioned on a project by project basis, these would include the completion of project initiation documentation, client guidance documents and design workbook completion.
• Business requirements gathering followed by analysis related to product capabilities and from this the completion of development criteria for internal review and feedback to client.
• Participation in project meetings, steering groups and other appointments where there is a need for product expertise and where the company should be represented..
• Analysis of requests for minor changes from the installed clients and coordination with the account manager / project manager on feedback to the client and the company development team.
• Check the compliance of deliverables as compare to the original client requirement.
THE CONSULTING UNDERTAKEN DURING IMPLEMENTATION
• Advise and assist clients during all phases of the implementation configuration and deployment of software or add-ons. Offering advice and assistance at all stages plus referencing company resources to offer a complete service• Implement complex settings requiring both extensive knowledge of software functionality and understanding of issues "business" behind it.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

There is also the opportunity to specialise in various elements of the implementation cycle once a thorough knowledge of the product is gained these could be a focus on technical implementation, product configuration or client training and support.Whichever route is followed all candidates should have a strong knowledge of the property industry, preferably focused on investment plus an understanding and familiarity with the technical infrastructure of these systems, a knowledge of MS SQL would be an advantage.
