Taliance expands its London office

Positive reaction to Taliance’s products in the English-speaking world has led the company to expand its presence in London.

Strong global demand for Taliance software has prompted the real estate systems developer to continue to grow its UK team. Taliance Headquartered in Paris, has always considered itself an international company serving a global market. Expanding the UK office will benefit clients across North America, Australasia, South Africa and parts of Europe who require implementation advice and support in English.

“This year we have experienced a significant growth in clients in the English-speaking market,” said Bob Marsh, managing director, Taliance Ltd. “Sales have increased much more than expected, which has necessitated the movement of skills from the Taliance head office in Paris to the Taliance office in London. This broadens the level of support we can offer existing customers and gives potential customers the confidence that they will be investing in a company that has a pan-European support structure.”

Increasing the headcount and skill base also gives Taliance a firm foundation for its planned growth strategy in 2012.

 “We have found the UK to be a very effective stepping-stone into many international real estate markets, and we are now preparing for further growth throughout next year and beyond,” said Bob. “Taliance Ltd is currently advertising for more commercial and implementation staff, and I expect UK staffing levels to reach more than a dozen by the end of next year. This is a measure of just how seriously Taliance is taking both the UK and international markets.”

To facilitate this expansion, Taliance has expanded its office space in South Bridge Place in Croydon, south London. It also retains a central London office in Old Broad Street in the City.
The UK team currently numbers six staff supported by nearly sixty professionals in Paris, where the company has also had to adapt to be more supportive of an international client base. Recent hires include  Mark Stanton and Andy Brooks, who are both implementation consultants.
