Guillaume Fiastre

CEO

As CEO of Taliance, Guillaume Fiastre is responsible for overseeing the company's business strategy, planning and implementation.
Prior to that, Guillaume Fiastre founded his own company: Finasset. This leading asset management software company was successfully acquired by Taliance in 2003. For 4 years, Guillaume Fiastre served as Chief Operating Officer at Taliance. In 2007, he took over from Philippe July as the company's CEO.
Previously, Guillaume Fiastre was a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen and earlier in his career, he spent 2 years in the US at TOTAL.
Guillaume Fiastre holds a master degree in business administration from Paris Dauphine University.

Fabienne Alliot

Secretary General

Fabienne ALLIOT began her career in a chartered accountancy firm. She subsequently joined a group in the food industry to set up an administrative and financial department which consolidated the financial statements of subsidiaries worldwide. After joining the Société Générale in 1994, Fabienne Alliot became the administrative manager for the property subsidiaries of the French Network. This position led her to manage the departments in charge of the property and security for the network (2,200 branches).
Fabienne Alliot joined Taliance in 2007 as Operations Director, with responsibility to supervising and coordinating the various production departments of the business. She was appointed Secretary General of the company in April 2009.

Bob Marsh

Managing Director

Bob has a wealth of experience. His career in property started with ITT and later developed with Veritas DGC in both the UK and overseas in Houston (Texas), where part of his responsibility was the group's property and facility management. In 2001, he became the European head of the INTUIT/MRI Real Estate Solutions group in the UK, and in 2006, he took charge of RealFoundations Europe, a Real Estate IT consultancy practice that employed more than 25 specialists.
Bob Marsh has assisted with the implementation of technology systems and solutions throughout Europe for such prestigious clients as Barclays, Segro, Land Securities and UBS.

Bruno Fiastre

Operations Director

As an Operation Director, Bruno Fiastre is in charge of developing the customer relationships. He leads a dedicated team and he is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Bruno Fiastre joined Taliance as a senior Project Manager in 2004, and then spent two years as a Sales Consultant. He started his career as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen Real Estate Corporate Finance.
Bruno Fiastre holds a bachelor degree from Rouen Business School (France).
